Teledyne Monitor Labs, Inc. has two locations.  One office is located in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and the other office is located in Englewood, Colorado.  There are numerous career opportunities available in both locations with possible Field Service Representative openings in any of the 50 US states.  The following is a list of current openings arranged by location:

Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

Senior Scientist

This position will be responsible for the planning, development, coordination and direction of a total project.  Additional responsibilities include the execution and completion of complex and/or novel assignments which require the use of new and/or improved techniques.  This person will perform research, serve as a key contributor and leader, develop and evaluate conceptual/preliminary designs, write test procedures and plans for complex systems, define and delegate tasks to members of a project team.  Minimum requirements include a 4 year degree in engineering, physics or chemistry with at least 10 years related experience, good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to research and develop instrument designs in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Assembler

Responsibilities include the assembly of electrical, mechanical and optical assemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.  1-3 years of combined education and experience is required.

Electronic Technician (2 openings)

Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting of printed circuit boards and monitors.  Must have strong communication skills, the ability to trouble shoot PC boards down to component level and to pay attention to small details. Strong computer skills (knowledge of Excel and Word) and a working knowledge of volt meters, scopes and hand tools necessary.

Material Handler

This position is responsible for checking incoming parts against design specificationss and for stocking parts, picking orders, performing cycle counts and assisting shipping/receiving.  The successful candidate will be able to read blue prints, have experience using measuring tools and instruments, follow documented procedures and make reasonable judgments using pass/fail criteria and experience in storeroom functions.

Electronic Field Service Technician

Field Service Technicians are presented unique and challenging assignments throughout the US servicing a wide variety of sophisticated monitoring equipment in industrial environments.  All business expenses including travel, lodging and meals are fully paid.  Customer service skills are critical as is analog and digital component level troubleshooting skills.  An associates degree or equivalent is required plus 2 years of related experience. Process Control, Gas Analyzer, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) or other industrial instrumentation experience a big plus.  Laptop computer, hand tools, test equipment and comprehensive training provided.

Englewood, Colorado

Regional Sales Manager
Mid-Western US

This position is responsible for selling the products and services of Teledyne Monitor Labs in an organized and professional manner. Also responsible for training and supervising Sales Representatives within the territory.   Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Regulatory Software, Environmental Protection Agency Regulations, Programmable Logic Controller Connectivity and good computer skills required.  Must be able to travel 75% of the time and be physically capable of moving Demo and Exhibit equipment.  The successful candidate must live in a large metropolitan area within the territory.  (TX, OK, MD, HS, NE, IA, AR)

Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications must include minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an accountant, with financial statement preparation.  Experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on cost accounting.  This position reports to the Controller and will supervise the accounting staff, prepare financials and do cost analysis.  Strong computer skills (Excel) required and knowledge of Fourth Shift would be helpful.
