TML has more than 50 years' experience designing, manufacturing, and supporting continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).  We have a team of experienced CEMS air quality experts that will thoroughly review your process and operating permit and recommend the most cost effective and reliable solution for monitoring the gases of interest.  TML's continuous emission monitoring systems are based on rugged, reliable equipment manufactured to exact standards.  The result is products and systems with some of the highest mean time between failure rates in the industry.  Whether it's a standard or custom solution, we stand behind our products 110%, guarantee CEMS certification, at least 95% uptime, replacement parts, and 24 x 7 support.  We offer a total CEMS solution including data acquisition software for recordkeeping and reporting, lower cost of ownership, superior product reliability and designed for simple and easy maintenance.

Teledyne ML®660 Conventional Extractive System

The Teledyne ML®660 conventional extractive system is designed to extract and condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement of any combination of SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, and O2.  This system can be configured specifically for 40CFR60/63/75/98 emission compliance, and process control applications.  The Teledyne ML®660 provides a cost effective solution while still allowing for the customization required to meet individual needs.  Packaged in a 19 inch rack mount, single bay cabinet, the system's modular design allows for easy expansion to satisfy future monitoring requirements as well.  Specialized equipment can be added for hazardous area classification requirements.

Teledyne ML®675 Dilution-Extractive System

The Teledyne ML®675 dilution-extractive system is used for 40CFR60/63/75/98 emission compliance, and process control applications.  In this system, the sample is prepared for analysis by diluting stack gas with clean, dry instrument air at the probe location.  Since no moisture is removed with dilution, measurements for SO2, NOX, CO, THC and CO2 are made on a wet basis.  Similar to the extractive system, the Teledyne ML®675 is also engineered to provide a modular and cost effective solution for source monitoring while still allowing for client customization.  Stack flow and opacity can be easily added into the two bay, 19 inch rack mount cabinet to complement the CEMS.  Specialized equipment can be added for hazardous area classification requirements.

Teledyne ML®670 Total Reduced Sulfur System

The Teledyne ML®670 TRS system uses a conventional extractive system design to extract and condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement using our sensor-e® TRS analyzer, and Zirconium Oxide O2 Sensor.  This system can be configured specifically for 40CFR60/63 emission compliance, and process control applications.  Similar to the extractive system, the Teledyne ML®670 is also engineered to provide a modular and cost effective solution for source monitoring while still allowing for client customization.  An open architecture design is used for simple and easy maintenance.  Specialized equipment can be added for hazardous area classification requirements.

Teledyne ML®661 Total Hydrocarbon System

The Teledyne ML®661 THC system uses a conventional extractive system design to extract and condition hot, wet stack gas for a dry basis measurement using our sensor-e® THC analyzer, and Zirconium Oxide O2 Sensor.  This system can be configured specifically for 40CFR60/63 emission compliance, and process control applications.  Similar to the extractive system, the Teledyne ML®6661 is also engineered to provide a modular and cost effective solution for source monitoring while still allowing for client customization.  An open architecture design is used for easy maintenance.  Specialized equipment can be added for hazardous area classification requirements.
