Our technical support team has some of the most experienced people in the business. In addition to all of your troubleshooting needs, they can also help provide suggestions with part numbers and general maintenance from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM (MST) for instruments, systems and hardware issues. After hours, a professional answering service will direct your call to our staff with a guaranteed four-hour response time for our Hardware & Software Maintenance Agreement customers. Equipment users without a Maintenance Agreement will benefit from the same four-hour response time but will be charged a fee for the service.

TML offers cost effective instrument preventive maintenance visits and services that will meet your scheduling needs.  We can visit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual; just let us know what you want us to work on and we will send a highly trained field service engineer.  We can also perform your quality assurance tests during the same visit and assess your spare parts inventory.  TML has been performing these services for more than 50 years with the most highly trained team in the industry.  Our team also maintains all the safety training needed and background checks required to access your site quickly.

Our factory-trained and field experienced Call Center technicians answer calls directly from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM (MST) for RegPerfect software, data acquisition and controller related questions. After hours, a professional answering service will direct your call to our staff with a guaranteed three-hour response time for our Software Maintenance Agreement customers.  RegPerfect software and controller users without a Maintenance Agreement will benefit from the same three-hour response time but will be charged a fee for the service.  Don't forget gem level software maintenance agreement contracts receive no charge RegPerfect software upgrades and are entitled to all new features and updates.
